Booking Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Cancellations under 24 hours (regardless of cause) may incur a fee, based on a percentage of the chosen treatments price.
The fastest way to register your cancellation is by logging into the online booking and clicking: Mine Tider(My Times) >then>Aflys Tid(Cancel Time).
Alternatively, send an Mail or Call/SMS within official phone hours, weekdays between 9am – 5pm.
– Be advised, any cancellation via Mail or SMS is only valid, when confirmed by our reply.
Fee is based on the following:
- Cancellation between 4 – 24 hours before booking (via online login):
> 50% payment, if the entire treatment time does not get booked (by another client).
> No fee if the processing time is set aside. - Cancellation less than 4 hours before booking (Call / SMS / Mail):
> 100% payment, if the entire treatment time does not get booked (by another client).
> No fee if the processing time is set aside. - Absence / No Show:
> 100% of the price of the chosen treatment.
Please note that a new treatment time can not be offered before any cancellation fee is settled.
